Who we are
MartianMoo is the trading name of Martian Moo Apps Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 06074735), with its registered office at 82 Crymlyn Parc, Skewen, Neath, West Glamorgan, SA10 6DG, United Kingdom. The data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR is Martian Moo Apps Ltd. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
What we collect on the site
Nothing personal. There are no analytics scripts, no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, and no fingerprinting on this website. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request, timestamp) for the short windows documented in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't read those.
What the apps collect
Nothing. The apps don't track you, don't require accounts, and don't send data anywhere. Anything that happens on your device stays on your device. The per-app detail lives at /apps/privacy.
App store data
When you download an app from the App Store or Google Play, the store itself collects some information as part of its own processes (purchase records, device identifiers, anonymous analytics). That falls under Apple's privacy policy or Google's privacy policy, not ours. We don't see any of it.
Direct sales
If you buy an app directly from us (via Lemon Squeezy), the checkout collects your email and payment details. That's handled by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. We see your email and purchase, nothing more, and we use it only to deliver what you bought and to reply if you contact us about it.
If you email us
If you write to us, we keep the email so we can reply and remember the conversation. Emailing us doesn't add you to any mailing list.
App update emails
If you sign up for updates about an app, we store your email address, which app it's for, and the date. We use double opt-in: you get one email to confirm, and you're only on the list once you click the link. We email you about that app. No third-party marketing, and we don't sell or share your address. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it deletes your address from the list.
The list is held in a Cloudflare D1 database; the emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, who acts as a processor. Ask us to delete your data at any time: [email protected].
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over any personal data we hold — access, correction, deletion, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Since the only personal data we typically hold is the email you sent us or a purchase receipt, requests are usually quick. Email [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page. There's no archive of previous versions because there's no legitimate reason for one yet.
